SpaceStatusBot is a switch-operated Raspberry Pi-based bot which indicates the current hackspace open/closed status via Discord.

Hardware is a Raspberry Pi 3B, 400V rotary switch, and SSD1306 display via I2C bus indicating IP address. Discord channel and token data are stored in a json file, and the bot uses the discord Python module and autoruns on startup via systemd. Code and hardware/wiring details are available here
