Thousands of curious people will descend on our friendly open space to learn, share, and talk about what they love.

Travel & Logistics
Van Hire
Mate and Zoe is looking into van hire (Arnold Clark, Renault Master) for the 16th–21st.
- Estimated Costs: £432 (hire) + Insurance waiver + (£100 (Young driver fee)) + approx. £100 petrol.
- Funding: Everyone physically present at the meeting on 25 April agreed to contribute.
- Action: Need to ask Edenstar, Zanzi, and Jules if they want to contribute/join the van plan.
Transport Notes
- Jim: Driving, can take kit. No passengers, but can do station runs to/from Ledbury.
- Mate: Driving, can take passengers and kit as space allows.
