Thousands of curious people will descend on our friendly open space to learn, share, and talk about what they love.

Travel arrangements
We may be able to arrange ride-shares or other group travel arrangements. TBD once interest/tickets have been determined. Jim will be driving, and can take kit. They won't be taking passengers but may be able to run to/from Ledbury station. Mate will be driving as well. He can take passengers as well as kit per arrangement/as space allows.
Equipment
We will have our own village, it's helpful to know what kit we have available.
Do we want to locate next to/be a subassembly of Milliways?, and also be next to Freeside/Scottish Consulate/Irish Embassy?
We're bringing:
- 1x beeg plotter
- 2x beeg plotter wheels?
Jim has:
- 2x10m 16 Amp 230V power cables
- Camp table
- 2x camp chairs
- 230V/12V cooler
- Table-top gas stove and pans
- Washing up bowl
- Big water carrier
Zoe has:
- 2x camp chairs
- 2x picnic blankets
We need:
- Big tent/shelter
- More chairs/some benches
- 13A extension cables/multisockets
- Glashack.Space flag/sign <in the space now>
- Bin bags
- Trolley to move stuff to/from cars <Alex has one they will bring>
Workshop / Event Ideas
- Plotter Party: Live plotting of generative art / camp map?
- Coffee Shennanigans: Automated coffee? Artisan coffee? Batch brew?
