Imagine a camping festival with a power grid and high-speed internet access; a temporary village of geeks, crafters, and technology enthusiasts that's lit up by night, and buzzing with activity during the day. Thousands of curious people will descend on our friendly open space to learn, share, and talk about what they love.

• Location: Eastnor Castle Deer Park, just east of Ledbury, Herefordshire map

We may be able to arrange ride-shares or other group travel arragements. TBD once interest/tickets have been determined. Jim will be driving, and can take kit. They won't be taking passengers but may be able to run to/from Ledbury station. Mate will be driving as well. He can take passengers as well as kit per arrangement/as space allows.

We will have our own village, it's helpful to know what kit we have available.

We're bringing:

• 2x10m 16 Amp 230V power cables
• Camp table
• 2x camp chairs
• 230V/12V cooler
• Table-top gas stove and pans
• Washing up bowl
• Big water carrier

Zoe has:

• 2x camp chairs
• 2x picnic blankets

We need:

• Big tent/shelter
• More chairs/some benches
• 13A extension cables/multisockets
• Glashack.Space flag/sign (zoe is on it)
• Bin bags
• Trolley to move stuff to/from cars
