 # Glasgow Hackerspace Wiki

Hackerspaces are a bit like an artists' collective, a bit like a lab, and are grassroots community orgs sustained by membership contribution.

+# Meetups and open nights
+We run weekly open nights in our space in South Block, every Wednesday at 7pm.
+More info about these can be found in our Discord server. The entrance is between the plant shop and the building reception. This is a shared building, and the reception is only open 9-5, but we are open all hours. When you arrive, send us a message on Discord or IRC, and someone will come down to let you in.
