-Jim will be driving, and can take kit. They won't be taking passengers but may be able to run to/from Ledbury station.

+Jonas is looking into van hire (Arnold Clark, Renault Master) for the **16th–21st**.
+* **Estimated Costs:** £432 (hire) + Insurance waiver + (£100 (Young driver fee)) + approx. £100 petrol.
+* **Funding:** Everyone physically present at the meeting on 25 April agreed to contribute.
+* **Action:** Need to ask Edenstar, Zanzi, and Jules if they want to contribute/join the van plan.
